PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic coagulant which can efficiently process various wastes from many fields regardless of organic or inorganic wastes by solidifying them and which can produce a formed body superior in environmental affinity to promote water cleaning functionality with adherence or breeding of organisms, corresponding with the sort of wastes to be solidified, in light weight, in heat insulation, in fire resistance, in nailing shock resistance and in adhering to a coated film and to provide the formed body using it. SOLUTION: The inorganic coagulant is prepared by blending a weak alkaline coagulant with clay. The wastes are reutilized by using the formed body produced by solidifying the various wastes with the inorganic coagulant obtained in a reutilizing technique for a general waste or an industrial waste.
