PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain receiving apparatus for a gain treating facility to enable the proper measurement of the mean properties of the grain over the whole delivery bill even if the grain contains grains having high fluidity or low fluidity. SOLUTION: The receiving apparatus is provided with a batchwise metering means 11 to measure the weight of transported grains in the receiving part 5, a controlling means 100 to control the operation by measuring the weight of the grain for each delivery bill, a sampling means 39 to collect a sample from the grains weighed by the metering means 11 and a fluidity measuring means 101 to measure the fluidity of the grain. The controlling means 100 controls the operation of the sampling means 39 to collect the samples with preset intervals and shorten the interval when the fluidity of the grain is high compared with the case having lower fluidity based on the detection information of the fluidity measuring means 101.
