<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for easily discriminating and managing vehicles in a parking lot. <P>SOLUTION: This management system comprises at least one camera 10 for monitoring inside the parking lot, an image processing device 20 being connected with the camera 10, receiving images inside the parking lot monitored by the camera 10, and discriminating presence of a vehicle in each parking possible space, a charge control device 30 connected to the image processing device and a lock device 40, after receiving a signal indicating presence of a vehicle in any of the parking possible spaces from the image processing device 20, making the lock device 40 in exit restriction state, and measuring parking time period of the vehicle, and a fee collecting/receiving device 34 collecting/receiving fee on the basis of data transmitted from the charge controlling device 30 and notifying the charge control device of collecting/receiving of the fee.
