<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm the quality of soldering and reduce the bending deformation of a connection terminal in the case of connecting the connection terminals 12a' arranged to tips of respective conductor wires 12a of a flat flexible cables 12 having flat cross sections, to respective terminal electrodes 15 formed by arranging the connection terminals on a heat resistant circuit board 11 in a row, by soldering, and to miniaturize the circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: At least one longitudinal side face edge of longitudinal side face edges at left and right side of the connecting terminal 12a' is curved so as to be apart from the terminal electrode 15, and melted solder is put into a gap between the connecting terminal 12a' and the terminal electrode 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
