LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obscure the display unevenness due to the alignment defect of liquid crystal molecules arising near the portions where the flections of slits on the pixels of a liquid crystal display device and auxiliary capacitance wiring intersect each other.

SOLUTION: Projected lines 3 and slits 7 for regulating the arraying directions of the liquid crystal molecules are respectively formed at common electrodes 2 and pixel electrodes 5. The auxiliary capacitance wiring 9 crossing the center of the pixel electrodes 5 when viewed in two dimension is formed and the slits 7 bend on the wiring 9. The display unevenness can be hidden without dropping an aperture ratio by making the data bus line side 11 finer and the projected line 3 side bolder with the flections of the slits 7 on the wiring 9 as demarcations.
