PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized non-reciprocal circuit element wherein variations of input impedance is small, and an isolator. SOLUTION: The non-reciprocal circuit element 1 is adopted. In the element 1, a common electrode is arranged on one surface side of plate type magnetic substance 5, three center conductors 6b, 7b, 8b which are extended and formed from the common electrode in three directions are bent in the other surface side of the plate type magnetic substance 5 so as to wrap the substance 5. The center conductors 6b, 7b, 8b cross each other by a prescribed angle on the other surface side of the substance 5. The center conductor 6b becoming an input side out of the respective center conductors 6b, 7b, 8b is positioned at a substance 5 side rather than other center conductors 7b, 8b on the other surface side of the substance 5 and in contact directly with the substance 5.
