PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet phone device and an Internet phone system which inform a user of the arrival of a call by ringing a call tone from a sounder or a speaker of a USB phone device. SOLUTION: In the Internet phone device including a personal computer 6 having an Internet phone means and the USB phone device 9 for exchanging voice with the personal computer 6 via a USB, the USB phone device 9 includes: a USB interface section 10 for exchanging voice data and data with the personal computer 6 via a USB 8; a call tone waveform data storage section 12 for storing voice data of a call tone having been set in advance; a comparison section 13 for comparing the voice data from the USB interface section 10 with the data stored in the call tone waveform data storage section 12; a bell drive section 16 for outputting a bell drive signal in response to a result of comparison by the comparison section 13, and the sounder 17 for receiving the bell drive signal and outputting a call tone.
