PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house interphone system not only having interphone functions, also being made able easily perform registering / deleting various service information items and receiving various services. SOLUTION: The multiple dwelling house interphone system is provided with a central entrance unit 1, an information server 9, life information panels 3a, 3b or the like, and a control unit 5 for controlling the life information panels and the central entrance unit, which are installed in a multiple dwelling house. The information server has a reservation function started by an operation of an operation section 34 of each life information panel and for utilizing facilities in the multiple dwelling house, an information acquisition function to acquire various information items stored in the information service, and a function of executing various functions such as an order placing function to a contract shop or the like. The multiple dwelling house is provided with a management personal computer 62 having functions of managing information stored in the information server, editing the information stored in the information server, and storing the edited information to the information server. Each life information panel has a function of reading the information edited by the management personal computer according to the operation of the operation section from the information server and displaying on the display section 31.
