PROCESS FOR PRODUCING CONVEX SHEET BEING EMPLOYED IN LIQUID CONTAINER, LIQUID CONTAINER AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid container having a flexible convex sheet and its manufacturing method in which the sheet can be vacuum formed into a desired shape without being positioned with respect to a welded part and handling is facilitated by making a hard-to-handle transparent thin film sheet identical to a tank housing member or a tank lid member. SOLUTION: The liquid container for supplying liquid externally and storing liquid is internally provided with a means for generating a negative pressure by a spring. The process for producing the liquid container where at least a part of the container wall is a flexible convex sheet subjected to vacuum forming and bonded to the container comprises a step for making a flat sheet welded to a part of the container and then forming it into a convex sheet.
