PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress influence of noise generated between circuits formed in the same semiconductor device. SOLUTION: In a semiconductor device 1A of a laminate structure in which a plurality of circuit blocks 2A-2C comprising a lot of resistors, transistors, and capacitive elements, etc. are provided in the same semiconductor substrate, when a noise source is the circuit block 2A, the influence of the noise upon the other basic blocks 2B and 2C is suppressed by forming a BOX formed of mainly metal above the circuit block 2A.
