PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantialize reduction of the number of parts, a simplified fuel system, and reduced weight, and to suppress inner pressure of a tank from rising while traveling, and to prevent over fueling by effectively regulating fuel replenishment after an automatic stopping operation when the tank is full. SOLUTION: The pressure controlling structure inside a fuel tank is characterized in having a diaphragm valve 10 capable of changing a flow passage area of a bent line 17 positioned upstream of a float valve 9 of a fuel cut valve 5 in the middle of the bent line 17 branching from a fuel line 15. The structure is capable of having less number of in-tank parts and of modularization, having a simplified system, effectively suppressing inner pressure of the tank while traveling, advantageously corresponding to regulations for fuel evaporation, and preventing jetting of fuel during fueling. By the compact device inside the tank, the flow passage area of the bent line 17 can be changed, responsiveness of control is improved, and the period of time for OBD leakage diagnosis is shortened.
