PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle for casting with which the sticking and the deposition of alumina etc., is prevented and the drift of molten steel at a spouting hole part can be prevented. SOLUTION: This nozzle for casting independently arranging a plurality of projecting parts and/or recessing parts having dimensions satisfying a relation (1): H≥2 (mm) and a relation (2): L > 2×H (mm) in a molten steel flowing-through hole of the nozzle, is provided. Therein, H in the relations (1) and (2) shows the maximum height of the projecting part or the maximum depth of the recessing part and L shows the maximum length in the base part of the projecting part or the recessing part. In one embodiment, an elliptic projecting parts 24 are disposed in the inner hole part (molten steel flowing-through hole part) 22 in the immersion nozzle 20 with a single difference in step.
