PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely eliminate a possibility that a seat belt is caught by a cutout hole and to greatly improve an appearance on a cover for seat belt take-out port used for closing the seat-belt take-out port in an automobile or the like. SOLUTION: In the cover for the seat belt take-out port, a through-hole which the seat belt passes through is formed in a resin cover body, and cutout hole opened from the through-hole to an outer peripheral surface of the cover body, which the seat belt passes by, is formed in the cover body. A recessed part is formed between the through-hole and the outer peripheral surface, cutting across the cutout hole, and a lid part to be fitted with the recessed part is integrally formed on the cover body through a hinge part.
