The rectangular suspension panel (10) has two facing flanges (11) on its lower part. Between each flange and the suspension panel is a guide-slot (12). The top edge of each flange has a notch (13). The middle of the bracket panel (20) has a section (21) containing a tool, and has two fixture-flanges (22) fitting into the guide-slots in the suspension panel. The top edges of the two fixture flanges each have a protuberance (23) matching the flanges' notches. The two flanges have a cavity (25) running from their lower end side each forming a downward-extending clip. The clip's free end has a hook (26) jutting outwards over the fixture-flange's end edge. The hook has a side sloping insert (27) and a flat upper side (28).
