METHOD FOR GENERATING UPDATED VOLUME DATA SET DURING OPERATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an updated volume data set during an operation while reducing an X-ray load on a patient as much as possible.

SOLUTION: The volume data set (Vl) having image information (KF1 and KF2) of a biological tissue is reconstructed from a set of 2DX ray projections (P1 to P3) of n pieces of biological tissues of the patient (P). In the m pieces of the 2DX ray projections (PM1 and PM3) of the biological tissues of which the images are picked up during the operation, 2D contours (KF1 and KF2) of the biological tissues are classified respectively, and they are reversely projected to the reconstructed volume data set (V1). Volume data sets (VA1 and VA2) for which 3D contours only of the biological tissues obtained during the operation have been updated are generated.
