<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyimide resin composition which can be easily adjusted to have a medium resistance value stable under conditions ranging from a low temperatures and low humidity to a high temperature and high humidity, is reduced in a variation in a resistance value between samples or places or due to a change of amount of addition, a change in voltage, and an environmental change, is excellent in surface properties and mechanical properties, and has high blackness, to provide a polyimide film, and to provide a polyimide tube and a tube for electrophotographic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The composition contains 100 pts. wt. polyimide resin, 20 to 200 pts. wt. semiconductive filler, and carbon black having a volatiles content of 2.0% or higher and a pH of 5.0 or lower and has a volume resistivity of 1 x 10<SP>6</SP>to 1 x 10<SP>15</SP>Ωcm and a blackness of 1.0 or higher.
