<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper container, of which a lid can be fitted into a container body firmly, has no gap between the trunk wall of the container body and an engaging part of the lid, and cannot be altered easily, thus superior in preventing a malignant alteration. <P>SOLUTION: The lid 2 has a circular wall 7 having a lower curled portion 14 curled inward and upward. The lower curled portion 14 comprises a lower arc 17, whose end is in contact with the trunk wall 3 of the container body 1, at the lower end of the curled portion, a trunk wall contacting linear part 18 extending upward from the arc 17 while in contact with the trunk wall 3, and an upper arc 19 extending from the top end of the contacting linear part 18 to come in contact with the lower end of a reinforcing part 5 of the container body 1. The lower curled portion 14 is formed in a post-processing carried out after fitting the lid 2 into the container body 1. An opening tab 20 is formed on the circular wall 7 of the lid 2 in such a way that the tab 20 can be pressed into a space formed between the lower arc 17 and the upper arc 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
