<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pen with a core deformation preventive cap which reduces possible deformation at the tip end of the core, when the core is pushed into a pen main body to feed a coating material into the core, in the pen for feeding the coating material into the core by pushing the core into the pen main body during or prior to use. <P>SOLUTION: The cap is provided with a recessed part similar to the tip end part of the core or a recessed part having a shape enabling the core to be pushed into the pen main body without contacting the tip end part of the core. This allows the stress generated at the tip end part of the core to be reduced in pushing the core into the pen main body to feed the coating material, thereby reducing the possible deformation at the tip end of the core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
