<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job management system having a unique job distribution means which enables the entire jobs to be completed in a short period of time as utilizing characteristics of a computer. <P>SOLUTION: A central processor of the system has a work proficiency level list in which levels of work proficiency of each of a plurality of terminals are recorded, a terminal state list indicating states of each terminal by dividing them into stand-by state, on break, and working, and a management list of jobs to be processed in a database, and each terminal transmits pieces of information about the states of the terminals to the central processor every time the state is changed on the basis of an operation by a user. When the central processor receives the information about the state from the terminal, updates the terminal state list corresponding to the information. When the central processor receives state information that a terminal is at the stand-by state from the terminal, extracts a job suitable for the level of work proficiency of the terminal from the job management list and distributes a job instruction indicating the job to the the terminal through a network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
