<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce management costs and to enhance effectiveness of customer information as marketing information by unitarily managing a plurality of kinds of customer information. <P>SOLUTION: This system for integrating customer information has an integration server 20 which extracts information of the specific contents from pieces of the customer information and registers the extracted information by integrating it in a common form on receiving pieces of the customer information regarding business activities of each information provider to be provided by a plurality of information providers (such as companies) and an integration data base 21 in which the information integrated by the integration server 20 is registered. The integration server 20 registers pieces of the information regarding business activity periods of the information providers together with the extracted information by integrating them in the common form. The integration server 20 has a memory which temporarily stores pieces of the customer information provided from the plurality of information providers, extracts the specific customer information among the stored pieces of customer information, registers it in the integration data base 21 by integrating it in the common form and after that, deletes the customer information stored in the memory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
