<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and low-cost stereoscopic photographing device with high quality. <P>SOLUTION: The stereoscopic photographing device is provided with at least two shutter means, a photographing optical system which image-forms right and left parallax images on an image pickup element and a control means controlling driving of the shutter means.
