<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for easily grasping the collection/delivery condition in a facility after collectively receiving cargoes sent to a consignee living in the facility such as a building in a physical distribution center in the facility, or after receiving cargoes from a consignor in the facility. <P>SOLUTION: When a physical distribution center 1 receives a cargo 211, information including the receiving date, the forwarder's name and the consignee is transmitted to a host computer 3 as consignment information. When the delivery to the consignee 5 of the cargo 211 is completed, delivery completion information is transmitted to the host computer 3.
