PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform management or analysis by transmitting communication management information or the like to terminal equipment such as a personal computer by mail. SOLUTION: The communication management information during facsimile communications is recorded in a communication management part 38. The communication management information recorded in the communication management part 38 is converted into a CSV (comma separated value) format by a CSV format converting part 41. A system control part transmits the communication management information converted into the CSV format to a destination registered in a destination register part 35 by mail and in terminal equipment 50a which is the destination of mail, the communication management information is managed and analyzed by Excel(R).
