PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote supervisory system for tunnel drilling machines which cheaply transmits/receives data to/from site supervisory means such as remote supervisory PC, etc., and remote supervisory means such as supervisory PC, etc., at a service base, even if an identification number (IP address) is changed at every connection. SOLUTION: A remote supervisory PC 51 on site informs a remote supervisory PC 63 of an IP address allotted by a provider 65 by electronic mail over an internet 62, and the PC 63 transmits/receives data such as working data of a tunnel drilling machine, etc. to/from the remote supervisory PC 51, based on the informed IP address. Or, a server supervisory homepage is added on the internet, the site remote supervisory PC informs this homepage of an IP address allotted by the provider over the internet, and the remote supervisory PC acquires the IP address from the server supervisory homepage over the internet to transmit/receive data to/from the remote supervisory PC.
