PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement guide device capable of reducing the friction of a roller to reduce sliding resistance in sliding a moving member on a raceway member as a result, and obtaining the stable movement. SOLUTION: This movement guide device comprises a raceway rail 1 having a roller rolling face 1b, a moving block having a roller circulating passage including a load roller rolling face 4d corresponding to the roller rolling face 1b, and relatively movably built in the raceway rail 1, a plurality of metallic rollers 3 arranged in the roller circulating passage in a state of their rotating shafts set in parallel with each other, and circulated in accompany with the relative movement of the moving block 2 to the raceway rail 1, and a roller retainer 10 for rotatably/slidably holding the plurality of rollers 3. The moving block 2 is provided with butting faces 16, 16 made out of not metal but only resin, and brought into contact with axial end faces 3a, 3a of the plurality rollers 3 rolling on the load roller rolling face 4d.
