PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition which has excellent storage stability, sufficient matte effect and stain resistance and improved weather resistance after storage without detriment to properties necessary as a sealing agent, an adhesive, or a coating material. SOLUTION: The curable composition contains (A) a crosslinkable silyl-containing organic polymer, (B) an acrylic polymer, a compound which reacts with water to form an amine compound, and (D) a curing catalyst. It is desirable to use as component (A) a crosslinkable silyl-containing polyoxyalkylene polymer, a crosslinkable silyl-containing acrylic-modified polyoxyalkylene polymer and/or a crosslinkable silyl-containing methacrylic-modified polyoxyalkylene polymer. To further improve weather resistance, it is desirable to use (A1) a crosslinkable silyl-containing acrylic polymer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
