PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a disposable and readily portable skin care product in a sheet or card form that is produced by forming a cosmetics and/or a skin care product into sheets or cards. SOLUTION: The particles of a powder composition that is prepared by covering cores containing effective components for skin care with fine particles, or the particles of a powdery composition formed by covering capsules including the core components with an inorganic powder are supported with a sheet base material. After the particles are transferred to the skin, the cores are crushed by the pressure of fingers, or the like, and the skin care effect attains to the skin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
