PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for suppressing formation of keloids and/or formation of hypertrophic scars. SOLUTION: This external preparation having suppressing actions on the formation of the keloids and/or the hypertrophic scars and analgesic and antipruritic actions in combination comprises acetylsalicylic acid or its salt as an active ingredient.
