PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely perform the traveling operation during the crane work, to enhance the operability, and to reduce burdens on an operator. SOLUTION: An upper turning body 2 is turnably provided on a lower traveling body 1, and a working device comprising a boom 8, an arm 9 and a bucket 10 is provided on a front portion of a turning frame 3 in an elevating manner. A hoisting hook 16 is provided on a tip side of the working device 7 in a downwardly suspending manner from a bracket of the bucket 10, and a hoisted load 17 is hoisted from the hook 16 by a rigging 18 or the like when performing the crane work. When the traveling operation is performed in the crane work, the traveling speed of the lower traveling body 1 is reduction-controlled according to the actual load F of the hoisted load 17 and the working radius R, or the traveling prohibition is controlled to suppress the sway of the hoisted load 17 if the traveling operation is performed in the crane work.
