PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a wasteful interference area in which the movement of a boom is regulated though there is no actual interference out of interference areas in which a boom or a working platform interferes a pantograph. SOLUTION: A boom operation control device 50 has a controller 70 comprising a memory 75 to set a first interference area which is a boom moving range in which the boom and a working platform interfere a pantograph when the pantograph is in the expansion position, and a second interference area which is a boom moving area when the boom or the like interferes the pantograph when the pantograph is in a storage position, an interference area selection circuit 73 which selects the first interference area if the expansion position of the pantograph is detected by a pantograph attitude detection sensor 63 and selects the second interference area if the storage position of the pantograph is detected by the pantograph attitude detection sensor 63, and a work control circuit 71 to move the boom in an area except the selected interference area.
