PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scrubbing utensil which can reduce the manufacturing processes and the manufacturing time by reducing the number of constituent parts, is excellent in scrubbing performance by completely and easily removing various kinds of soiling, and at the same time, does not damage a surface to be scrubbed. SOLUTION: A bar-shaped brush wherein numerous fibers 7 are continuously pinched and tightened between two pieces of twisted wires 6 and 6 is bent and doubly folded at the intermediate part in the length direction for right and left half bodies 21 and 22 of a first scrubbing member 2. Between the right and left half bodies 21 and 22 of the first scrubbing member 2, a second scrubbing member 3 made of a different material from that of the first scrubbing member 2 is pinched and tightened.
