PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawer which can selectively attach/detach a protector for suitably protecting a paneling without applying working for a hook hole or the like on the front surface of the paneling being arranged on the front surface side of a housing unit supported in a manner to be able to be taken out/put from/in a furniture body for the drawer which is applied to the furniture body such as a wagon or a desk having a sleeve. SOLUTION: A backing member BU which is attached to the front surface side of the housing unit 3 and supports the panel 4 is provided on a drawer main body 11. Then, a fixing means X and a pair of holding means Y are formed on the drawer 1. In this case, the fixing means X detachably fixes the lower end of the protector 7 to the lower end of the backing member BU. A pair of the holding means Y hold both side ends at the upper end of the protector 7 which is fixed to the backing member BU by the fixing means X at both side ends of the backing member BU.
