New carboxylic acid amides, the preparation thereof and their use as pharmaceutical compositions

Carboxylic acid amides of general formula possessing antithrombotic activity and a factor Xa-inhibiting activity. Exemplary are: (a) 2-(5-amidino-2-hydroxy-phenyl)-N-[3-trifluoromethyl-4-(pyrrolidin-1-yl-carbonyl)phenyl]-3-phenyl-propionamide, (b) 2-(5-amidino-2-hydroxy-phenyl)-N-[3-trifluoromethyl-4-(pyrrolidin-1-yl-carbonyl)-phenyl]-3-(pyridin-3-yl)-propionamide, and (c) 2-(5-aminomethyl-2-hydroxy-phenyl)-N-[3-trifluoromethyl-4-(pyrrolidin-l-yl-carbonyl)-phenyl]-3-phenyl-propionamide,
