<p>The present invention relates to a collapsible seat having a back rest and being unfoldable into a chair, said collapsible seat being in the form of a single product unit in which every unfoldab le panel section extends from the upper edge of a base structure. The Chair is made from cardboard, paper board, plastics or plywood and is advantageous in that the seat and the back rest form a locked connection which is reinforced when subjected to load, said load being transferred centrally in the structure from which every unfoldable panel section of the seat extends, and said load being evently distributed from the seat (9) to the panel sections (6,7,8) of the back rest.</p> |
