Cancer vaccines comprising a tumor antigen and cationic liposomes with a tumor suppressor gene WT1 product or its peptide or modified material as active ingredient, are new. Independent claims are also included for: (1) use of the tumor antigen and cationic liposomes for producing cancer vaccines; and (2) treating cancer patients by administering the tumor antigen and cationic liposomes.
