PURPOSE: A fabric treatment composition is provided which characteristically involves excellent softness, static resistance, creasing resistance, ironing adaptability, deodorization, and dryness. CONSTITUTION: A fabric treatment composition comprises: 0.1-4.5wt.% of polydimethylsiloxane quaternary ammonium salt compound expressed by the formula(1); and 0.1-4.5wt.% of dimethicone copolyol compound expressed by the formula(2). In the formula(1), R1 and R2 indicate hydroxy alkyl group or alkenyl group with C8-C22, A indicates alkyl group or alkanol group with C1-C4, Z indicates alkylcarboxyl group with C1-C4 as 2-valued anion, and n indicates integer of 10-1000. In the formula(2), W indicates the compound selected from the group consisting of 1-30mol of ethylene oxide and 0-20mol of propylene oxide, x indicates integer of 0-10000, y indicates 1-5000, and the ratio of x to y is 1/1 to 1/50.
