APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING INNER DIAMETER PART OF ULTRA THIN STRIP COIL FROM PAY-OFF REEL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating inner diameter part of ultra thin strip coil from pay-off reel is provided to promptly and stably separate the inner diameter part of the ultra thin strip coil from mandrel of the pay-off reel and smoothly and continuously input new coils into the process accordingly to improve manufacturing productivity. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(1) comprises a driving cylinder(30) installed inside coil car(20) for moving the inner diameter part of the ultra thin strip coil; a coil inner diameter part inserting means(50) comprising first operating arm(42) pivoted onto a connection arm(34) connected to rod(32) of the driving cylinder and a fixing member(40) vertically installed on the cylinder body(30a) on the outer wall of the cylinder by pins, an inserting member(44) installed at an end part of one side of the operating arm bent in an arc shape so that the inserting member is inserted into the inner diameter part of the ultra thin strip coil through a cutout part(22) of the coil car, and a buffer pad(46) installed at an end part of the other side of the second operating arm; and a coil outer circumferential surface fixing means(70) comprising second operating arm(60) extended to both sides of the driving cylinder and respectively pivoted to the inner side of an upper part of the driving cylinder and the lower side of the coil car by pins, and a fixing plate(66) integrally installed at both end parts of the second operating arm to fix the circumferential surface of the coil inner diameter part through a cutout part(24) of the coil car.
