PURPOSE: Provided is a transdermal preparation comprising eperisone, tolperisone or salts thereof to maximize the absorption of eperisone, tolperisone or salts thereof into the skin, and increase the stability thereof or skin adhesion. CONSTITUTION: A transdermal preparation is characterized by containing a mixture of a drug selected from eperisone, tolperisone or salts thereof, an acrylate adhesion agent having a hydroxy functional group and an acrylate adhesion agent having no hydroxy functional group. The content of the drug is 5-20 wt.%, salts are hydrochlorides or phosphates, and the mixing ratio of the acrylate adhesion agent having a hydroxy functional group to the acrylate adhesion agent having no hydroxy functional group is 8:2 to 5:5.
