PURPOSE: A system and a method for using a URI(Uniform Resource Indicator) concept are provided to safely protect credit information of a user by making a registered reliable credit information system collectively manage the credit information, and make a credit card site offer an additional service such as delivery and return service as well as a payment agent business to the user. CONSTITUTION: An Internet purchase system(200) comprises a ticket issuing part(202) and a ticket comparing part(204). The ticket issuing part issues a URI ticket having a site URL(Uniform Resource Locator) of an Internet shopping mall, a ticket ID confirming the URI ticket, and a POST method delimiter delimiting the site URL and a text string. The ticket confirming part confirms accordance between the URI ticket and the bought goods information. A credit card company system(210) comprises a credit information manager(212) receiving/storing the URI ticket, and a payment agent(214) confirming the URI ticket from the ticket confirming part of the Internet purchase system and approving price payment.
