The box like shield (4) enclosing the seat (3) has an elongate aperture for receiving the lock (2). The lock consists of plate with maximum thickness smaller than minimum width of aperture. The expanded head of the lock engages with seat when the head is inserted into the aperture through twisted portion of frame by relative rotation of head longitudinally. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) reclining chair; and (2) adjustment device assembling and manufacturing method.
