PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a spectacles frame having active energy is provided to radiate the active energy to a human body by forming the spectacles frame having energy of a particular frequency. CONSTITUTION: An energy radiation unit(5) for radiating energy of a particular frequency includes an energy excitation unit(4) for inputting the particular frequency into a spectacles frame. A process control terminal(1) performs an inputting process according to energy levels of radioactive materials. An inputting process and a test process of the energy excitation unit(4) is controlled automatically by a control operation of a process control computer(2). A conveyer system(6) is operated by a time control unit(3). The conveyer system(6) performs a process for transferring the spectacles frame.
