System determines major value chain process to manage identified business critical data and associated users transactions, in organization. Role and flow of identified data of determined process, are analyzed and measured, to determine modification set for chain process and base line flow for critical data. Major value processes are modified by determined set and measured flow, until optimized flow is achieved.
