PURPOSE: A name tag plate for fixing a name tag is provided to reduce largely accidents due to projections such as tongs and pins by improving a structure of the name tag plate. CONSTITUTION: A name tag plate for fixing a name tag includes an insertion plate(10), a top exposure part(11), a bottom insertion part(12), and a plurality of pocket(13). The insertion plate(10) is formed with a plastic member. The insertion plate includes the top exposure part(11) and the bottom insertion part(12). The pockets(13) are formed at the top exposure part(11) and the bottom insertion part(12), respectively. A picture and a name tag are adhered on the top exposure part of the insertion plate. An inserting member is inserted into the pockets. The bottom insertion part is inserted into a uniform pocket(31). The top exposure part is exposed to the outside of the uniform pocket(31).
