PURPOSE: A vehicle tire decelerating generator is provided to reduce a fuel consumption and prevent an environmental contamination by using the electrical energy generated from the force generated during the rotation of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle tire decelerating generator is mounted on a driving wheel of a vehicle in such a manner that the vehicle tire decelerating generator rotates when the vehicle travels, so as to minimize forces of a permanent magnet and gravity, and the force of the acceleration generated during the deceleration of the vehicle is used for a power generation. The vehicle tire decelerating generator includes a wheel bearing(4), an electromotive force induction coil(3), a permanent magnet(6), and a support(7).
