<p>The optical minimum-shift keying (MSK) signal is generated using laser. The phase of the generated signal is modulated using a non-return-to-zero (NRZ) signal with a defined bit rate and a sinusoidal signal with half of the frequency of the bit rate. An independent claim is also included for circuitry to generate optical minimum-shift keying signal.</p> |
