POLYAMIC ACID RESIN COMPOSITION

A polyamine acid resin comprising a polyamic acid resin as a base and a polyamic acid resin having a fluorine-containing alkyl group having two or more carbon atoms, is new. The polyamic acid resin (a) has repeat units represented by general formula (1) and has a reduced viscosity of 0.05 - 5.0 dl/g measured at 30 [deg]C in an N-methylhydroline solution containing 0.5 g/dl of the polyamic acid resin. The polyamic acid resin (b) having a fluorine-containing alkyl group having 2 or more carbon atoms has repeat units represented by general formula (2) and has a reduced viscosity of 0.05 - 5.0 dl/g measured at 30 [deg]C in an N- methylhydroline solution containing 0.5 g/dl of the polyamic acid resin. In (2) 1 - 100 mol% of R 4> has at least one F-containing alkyl group having 2 or more C atoms.
