A powder composition (C1) comprises at least one curable polymer or resin and an agglomerate of a core-shell polymer (P1). (P1) Has an average particle size of 5 - 190 (preferably 10 - 127) microns. An independent claim is included for preparation of (C1) involving: (1) cryogrinding (P1) to form a reduced (P1); (2) extruding the reduced (P1) together with at least one curable polymer or resin to form an extrudate; and (3) cooling and grinding the extrudate.
