PURPOSE: An integrated circuit driver having stable bootstrap power supply as quieter bootstrap power by connecting a bootstrap capacitor to a high side gate drive and a bootstrap contact pad is provided to supply stably a bootstrap voltage to a gate of a high side switch. CONSTITUTION: An integrated circuit driver includes a high side transistor, a low side transistor, a bootstrap contact pad, a bootstrap capacitor, a high side gate drive, a low side gate drive, and an output contact pad. The low side transistor(109) is connected serially to the high side transistor(107). The bootstrap contact pad is connected to an output node. The bootstrap capacitor(103) has a first terminal connected to the bootstrap contact pad. The high side gate drive(111) is used for controlling selectively the high side transistor and receiving an input signal from a second terminal of the bootstrap capacitor. The low side gate drive(113) is used for controlling selectively the low side transistor. The output contact pad is connected to the output node in order to provide an output signal to a load(105).
