<p>The present invention relates to 3-heteroarylidenyl-2-indolinone compounds that modulate the enzymatic activity of protein kinases and therefore are expected to be useful in the prevention and treatment of protein kinase related cellular disorders such as cancer. Furthermore, these compounds are expected to enhance the efficacy of other chemotherapeutic agents, in particular, fluorinated pyrimidines, in the treatment of cancer.</p> |
