PURPOSE: An electric rail vehicle is provided to operate or stop other controllers through a first communication path by using mutual actuating units of first and second controllers. CONSTITUTION: An electric rail vehicle includes a motor(28), a first controller, a battery, a second controller, and a first communication path. The first controller(29) is used for controlling the motor. The battery(14a) is used for charging electric power and supplying the electric power to the motor. The second controller(35) is connected to the battery in order to control the electric charge of the battery. The first communication path(L1) is used for communication between the first controller and the second controller. The first and the second controllers include mutual actuating units for actuating the other controllers through the first communication path.
